La INNOVACIÓN E INTERNACIONALIZACIÓN EN EL CONTEXTO DE LA ARTESANÍA DE PIEZAS DE HIERBA DORADA

Este estudio tuvo como objetivo analizar el comportamiento de las pequeñas empresas productoras de capim dourado en relación con la innovación y la internacionalización. Posee un enfoque cuantitativo y se classifica como una investigación exploratória y descriptiva, con investigación de campo, utilizando un cuestionario estructurado con preguntas cerradas. La unidad de análisis para este estudio fue un grupo de 16 artesanos. El instrumento se aplico digitalmente y se formuló en Google Forms. Se realizo un pretest con 7 artesanos. A través de este estúdio, se concluyó que debido al bajo grado de innovación entre los artesanos, la exportación se vio prejudicada. Además, se infiere, a la luz de la literatura estudiada, que debido al bajo grado de comportamiento innovador, la exportación entre los artesanos presenta fragilidades.
