This article will present an interpretation of the concept of the human condition in Hannah Arendt's thought as a way of understanding the concept of being of the world. In The Human Condition, Arendt mentions six basic conditions of human existence: Earth, natality, mortality, life, worldliness, and plurality. Although all are mobilized in her work, the last three acquire greater prominence, as they are closely linked to the book's central theme: the human activities. Due to this disparity, this article seeks to comprehend the theoretical potential of the first three and most general human conditions described by Arendt for reflecting on our relationship with the world, that is, for understanding the meaning of being of the world. Through this approach, the text demonstrates how such conceptions helps us in the critique of modern world alienation, as well as in the pursuit of reconciliation with the world.
