OS MODOS DE SER MULHER NA CIDADE DE SALVADOR

Abstract

When investigating the ways women occupy and relate to the city, it’s common to find evident gaps in the representative scope of being female in the urban environment. The Salvador city is not peaceful or solicitous about these representations, as well as structural designation traditionally built by the male profile, it’s common to see women were constantly seeking to conquer their protagonism spaces. It’s in this sense that the present research unfolds in order to analyze the representations of the female being in the city of Salvador, seeking to recognize the legitimation of women through the book Primavera dos Ossos (2010) by Állex Leilla. To this end, the work is based on a multidisciplinary perspective that allows us to understand the way women relate to the contemporary city.
