A TECHNOLOGICAL INFRASTRUCTURE TO CREATE, PUBLISH AND RECOMMEND ACCESSIBLE OPEN EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES

Os recursos educacionais abertos (OERs) devem proporcionar acesso igual para todas as pessoas, independentemente de suas necessidades ou preferências particulares. Se um OER que não cumpra as diretrizes de acessibilidade da web, dificilmente abordará a diversidade das necessidades de aprendizagem dos alunos. Do ponto de vista pedagógico e tecnológico, diversas soluções foram propostas na tentativa de reduzir a desigualdade em contextos educacionais. Este artigo apresenta uma infra-estrutura tecnológica projetada para apoiar os professores na criação, publicação e recuperação de OERs acessíveis. A infra-estrutura foi validada no contexto de um curso de treinamento oferecido a professores da América Latina e os resultados são promissores.
