Abstract

This article forms part of the professional master's degree project in Physical Education on a National Network (PROEF), whose theme is “Leisure Studies in Secondary Education in Tocantins”. With this article, based on the State of the Art, we aimed to analyze what has been produced about Leisure in the educational context regarding the High School age group (14 to 17 years old). To this end, the bibliographical documentary research method was used on three digital platforms: LILACS, SCIELO, CAPES journal platform and a journal with the greatest impact in the area of ​​Leisure, LICERE. The research timeframe occurred between the years 2014 and August 6, 2024, with three guiding descriptors: Leisure, School, High School. After applying the filters and reading the titles and abstracts of 71 articles, 8 works were selected that fit the proposed theme. From this investigation, four groups of related themes were formed, namely: Leisure and School; Leisure and physical activity; Leisure and Health and Illness processes; Leisure, society and youth affection.
