Abstract

The present article is a research work whose objective is to analyze the teaching developments in multifunctional resource rooms and to whom this education is directed, also investigating the perspectives of the professionals who work in them. It is a qualitative investigation, in which a bibliographical survey was developed, with the purpose of enriching the article’s theoretical repertoire. In addition, for analysis, semi-structured interviews were conducted. Thus, the intention is to understand and analyze the functioning of the resource room. As a result, the research showed that the Multifunctional Resource Room is of paramount importance in the teaching and learning process in the school environment, aiming at na inclusive education. The resource room enables inclusion in the school as well as meaningful learning for students with disabilities. It is necessary that parents, teachers and managers always seek the rights of children to have a room with physical structure and subjects aimed at better teaching and learning for the students.
