Abstract

In this paper, I endeavor to understand school discourse and legal discourse through analysis of the subject-teacher signification processes at the most important brazilian laws of education (Leis de Diretrizes e Bases), years 1971 and 1996, considering some expressions that occur in these texts and their editions by other laws, for example nº 13.478, year 2017. This article is based mainly in the theorical framework of the History of the Linguistic Ideas, initially developed by french researcher Auroux and brazilian researcher Orlandi, and in a materialist perspective of the speech, mainly from the studies of Pêcheux. Finally, I could to perceive that the ilusion of uniformity that the naming titles of the sections create about teaching class is unsustainable. Also I tried look the possibility of a circularity of the self-education and not-scientific vision of the teacher on Brazil through the texts. This previous conclusion can be improved with a future visitation to other materials which also legislate about this scholar subject.
