O NÓ DE GULLAR: lírica e testemunho em Dentro da noite veloz

Abstract

ABSTRACT: The main objective of this article is to understand how the issue of “lyrics and testimony” is manifested in Ferreira Gullar’s book Dentro da Noite Veloz. For this, we briefly contextualize Ferreira Gullar's work with its testimonial and engaged traits to, from there, trace these intention in the selected poems, articulating them with a detailed analysis of the expression of lyrical subjectivity in some passages of his work, seeking to understand how the constitution of the subjective voice takes place in these poems that, throwing themselves into the task of transforming social reality, refuse the rhetorical and pamphlet tone to give way to a rich and politically active aesthetic experience. For this task, we bring forward, from the Gullar’s critical fortune, João Luiz Lafetá and Eleonora Camenietzki's fundamental reflections.
