This article is a type of vanguard from the rearguard, because at the same time that it wants to move forward being, therefore, of contemporary political philosophy, it is asked to return in search of old concepts, but that have not aged. The cynical parrhesia and its consequences is an example of this return to the ancients. The text, on the other hand, is dedicated to answering questions that interrogate about the usefulness of revolts and insurrections, the role of intellectuals in the face of power. The article tries to problematize, following the studies of Michel Foucault, the traditional ways of thinking the political action, and pleading, at the same time, a type of political responsibility for the philosophy. Finally, it inquiries about the possibility of constituting a political responsibility for philosophy conceived as a way of life. As a result, the prospect of an ethical content for political action.
