This article presents and explains a number of arguments, in which we articulate the need for networks in learning processes, taking multi-referential epistemology as an experiential and educational transversality. Devices and experiences with networks, from a multi-referential perspective, are made aiming at proposals for formation. The challenge, at first, is the experiential understanding of the training phenomenon, through it sintransigence, in order to, later, engage with the unique and transformative learning potential of networks, culminating at providing examples of concrete experiences of learning entanglement and their possibilities regarding qualification of training.
KEYWORDS: network; training; multi-referential experience.
