ANÁLISE BIBLIOMÉTRICA DE REVISÕES SISTEMÁTICAS E META-ANÁLISES SOBRE COMPORTAMENTO SEGURO NO TRABALHO (2006-2023)

O estudo do comportamento seguro engloba uma ampla variedade de fatores e contextos. Nas últimas décadas tem havido um importante aumento na quantidade de publicações nesse âmbito, entretanto, poucas contribuições têm se dedicado a realizar análises sobre os avanços científicos neste campo. O objetivo deste estudo foi promover uma análise bibliométrica de revisões sistemáticas e meta-análises sobre o comportamento seguro no trabalho. Foi utilizado o protocolo PRISMA-ScR para sistematizar documentos disponibilizados na base de dados Scopus-Elsevier (setembro de 2023). Os resultados mostraram 12 artigos de meta-análises e 51 revisões publicadas no período de 2006 e 2023. O estudo identificou tendências e colaborações internacionais no campo do comportamento seguro no trabalho. Pesquisadores do Reino Unido, China, Israel, Austrália e EUA se destacaram nas revisões. A visualização das redes de citações permitiu compreender as relações entre comportamento seguro, clima de segurança, liderança e fatores pessoais e situacionais, em diferentes setores, com destaque nos setores da construção e da saúde. Por fim, este estudo buscou contribuir para identificar evidências e direcionar futuras pesquisas no campo do comportamento seguro no trabalho, fornecendo informações teóricas e tendências emergentes do corpo de literatura do período analisado.
