Abstract

This article presents a discussion on updating information on the updated clinical picture of patients with Parkinson's disease - PD, in patients on the interstate waiting list, inserted in the National Center for High Complexity Regulation - CNRAC, of the Brazilian Ministry of Health, after suspension of elective care due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The general objective of this research was to present the organization and usefulness of application of the Patient Clinical Information Update Form, combined with assistance via Teleconsultation, to provide speed to medical evaluation and assistance. The article was classified according to its nature, as applied research, having descriptive objectives and a qualitative approach. Previously, the evaluability of using this Form was analyzed, comparing it to the same process of updating exams, which already occurs to speed up consultations. The concept undertaken is identified as of public value, contemplating benefits associated with the user, the provider, the decision maker. Consequently, risk reduction for the medical professional. And yet, the possibility of this action being implemented in any queue management process. Elective care began in July/2022. However, the elective services related to PD have not yet been made available to the CNRAC, in July/2023.

Degree in Psychology Training and Degree in Psychology, from the Faculty of Philosophy of Recife (1980). PhD student in Computational Systems Modeling, from the Digital Governance and Digital Transformation Program at the Federal University of Tocantins - UFT. Master's degree in Public Health, from ENSP/FIOCRUZ/MS, in 2019. Since 2015, he has been a Technologist in Technological Development - Management of Public Health Policies, - Full II -, developing activities in the General Coordination of Regulation and Evaluation - CGRA/ DRAC/SAES, from the Ministry of Health. Technical Analyst, FCPE 102.1. In the IT Department of SUS-DATASUS/SE/MS, I carried out activities from Jul/2009 to Jul/2014 specialized higher-level technical services for work management, professional development and qualification and continuing education activities. In the period from April 2004 to December 2008, I also performed specialized technical services at a higher level with duties of advising the Project Coordination on matters relating to simplified selection processes, tenders, budget and finances; prepare workforce studies for project implementation; inter and intra-institutional articulation; participate in the preparation of the Project, as well as the inclusion of resources in the Union budget (LOA); prepare and analyze administrative reports/opinions and prepare documents in accordance with the standards of multilateral organizations. Carried out from 1999 to 03/31/2004, SAS/SE provided services through Project BRA/97/024 by the United Nations Development Program - UNDP. Worked from Jan/1984 to Mar/1997 at Banco do Brasil S.A. with various responsibilities in the following positions: Customer Service Manager (in replacement), and appointments of Hours Manager (effective position) and Executive Teller (effective position) with management activities.
