Abstract

In this edition of the PRP 2020-2022 we had to adapt to Emergency Remote Teaching and learn from the “new normal”, as well as experiment with new teaching practices and methodologies that could meet the requirements imposed by the Covid-19 pandemic. The performance of the residents was carried out at Colégio Estadual Girassol de Tempo Integral Rachel de Queiroz, in the municipality of Palmas-TO, amid apprehension and sadness in the face of the tragedy of the Covid-19 pandemic, being recorded in the monthly, partial and final reports. as documents that both show the training process and portray different aspects of the residents' mental health. We saw the need to show this reality in this article, as a way of protecting the historical moment of uncertainties and limitations in the educational field. The Participant Research provided the basis for participant observation and data collection that make up the descriptive scenario, addressing the difficulties faced in the virtual teaching and learning process and the context of necropolitics in the fight against the pandemic, as factors that directly reflected on the mental health of the participants. residents and caused limitations in the training of teachers for the Teaching of Philosophy.
