The purpose of this paper is to approach the historical-discursive event of the Covid-19 pandemic in Brazil and, in view of the analysis of repudiation notes, to evidence the formulation of discourses and policies to discredit measures that could help in the non-circulation of the virus among the population, in the sense of being able to contribute to the scientific debate with the proposition of reflections on a theme that is still in its full development in the course of human history. Therefore, in order to undertake a gesture of analysis, based on the Brazilian government's strategy to face the Covid-19 pandemic and its consequences as elements of a discursive regularity, we will seek to establish reflections in which the collapse of certain discourses of conviviality social is evident, pointing to the impoverishment of the symbolic, and from where it is possible to apprehend, therefore, the materialization in the language of a perverse attitude, since there is a constant presence of disagreement among men and that indicate their role and value in building social bonds.
