School conflict is addressed by integrating research on leadership, teacher authority and disciplinary style. It aims to relate leadership and coexistence. Indicating qualities of the teacher for good leadership, asking about obedience to teachers. The methodology is analytic-empirical (means, correlations), synthesizing data with phenomenological resource regarding the globality of education. There are four groups of authority-leadership traits, recognized by students and generators of coexistence in the classroom. Authority and leadership are key to develop educational projects and generate a good climate-school cohesion, know the subject being taught, have skills and techniques and have maturity.
