COMENTÁRIOS AO REGIME JURÍDICO TRANSITÓRIO DAS RELAÇÕES PRIVADAS DURANTE A PANDEMIA

Resumen

As a response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Brazilian Law No. 14.010/2020 was published, and established the “Regime Jurídico Emergencial e Transitório” of juridical relashioship of Private Law (RJET) for the pandemic period. This article presents a critical and interdisciplinary analysis of this Law and other normative acts that emerged to protect private relations in the context of the pandemy, considering the changes that the outbreak of COVID-19 has already established in the legal regulation of these relations, notably in the sphere of the legal transit of economy and business relations. Furthermore, in relation to business activities and the need of employment protection, this article presents a contextualization of the impacts of the exceptional scenario for the reality of Brazilian companies, and indicates other normative acts published in this scenario, in order to overwiew a broader scenario of this transitional legal regime for private agents.
