Abstract

Some research results are exposed, developed in the Faculty of Economic Sciences of the National University of La Plata, directed by Dr. Julio C. Neffa in 2016. It evaluated the psychosocial risks of work (RPST) and the environment, in a Private Health Clinic in the city of La Plata. The theoretical framework is developed in recent publications (Neffa, 2015 and Neffa et al, 2017) and for the information survey the Questionnaire on psychosocial risks applicable in Argentina was applied. The sample is not probabilistic, it contemplates the different groupings and professional categories. It is of interest in this article, to reflect and provide information on the relationships between emotional demands at work and the construction of work identity, in an activity that concerns the work of care and where emotional work is the priority.
