Abstract

This article seeks to highlight the contributions of various social sciences that contributed to the conformation of the theory on psychosocial risks at work: Ergonomics, Work Psychology, Psychopathology and Work Psychodynamics, the dynamics of the labour process in relation to health and the concept of risk, to affirm that work is not pathogenic. In a second part, we review various definitions of the psychosocial risks at work (RPST) and how they have led to the six risk factors proposed by Michel Gollac and his colleagues.
