Abstract

The objective of this study was to evaluate the species in the Conservation Units of the State of Tocantins, in the state sphere of the Integral Protection group, classified in the Parks category, being the Cantão, Jalapão and Lajeado State Parks. The floristic list was obtained through documentary analysis of studies by the State Government and the Computerized Management System of Conservation Units. After the survey of the database, a comparison of the species identified with the list of endangered species of federal scope was carried out. A total of 68 species were surveyed, 49 species categorized as least worrisome status, 4 vulnerable species, 2 almost endangered species, 2 endangered species and 1 species with insufficient data. Therefore it can be inferred that the necessity of the advance in research related to the floristic and phytosociological characterization of the Parks analyzed, with a view to the effective knowledge of the species protected in these conservation units.
