Abstract

The rapid advance of access to digital devices experienced in recent times, although not satisfactorily democratized to the student population, sparked a discussion among educators about the use of Digital Didactic Resources (DDR) in the school environment. During the period of regency of the Pedagogical Residency Program at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Bahia - Campus Salvador in the period from 2020 to 2022, it was questioned how to implement RDD in classes that at that time took place in the remote format due to the coronavirus pandemic. COVID-19. Therefore, the objective of this work is to investigate the possibilities and challenges in the implementation of digital didactic resources in the teaching of functions during the regency in the 1st year of High School. For this, the procedure adopted was to record and discuss the elements of the initial problem in the theoretical framework and then present the context of the research and describe how the Digital Didactic Resources were implemented in the proposed contents. The great challenge was to use RDD in an organic way, working with a real pedagogical purpose. Finally, we conclude that the successful use of digital technologies in educational processes must balance the technical mastery of these resources with attention to the context of use.

Professor Titular do Instituto Federal de Educação Ciência e Tecnologia da Bahia - IFBA; Graduado em Matemática (UFBA); Doutor em Difusão do Conhecimento (UFBA) e Mestre em Modelagem Computacional e Tecnologia Industrial (Faculdade de Tecnologia Senai Cimatec-BA). Desenvolve pesquisas envolvendo estudo de reconhecimento de padrões em sinais de áudio usando visibility graphs, aprendizagem de máquina, e modelagem estatística. Atualmente orienta projetos PIBIC com os temas relacionados a modelagem computacional redes complexas e produção de material didático usando tecnologias digitais.
