PortuguêsAbstract
This work aims to implement a prototype of a support tool for the collection of evidence of irregularities in the bidding procedures and contracts supervised by the public servants of the Court of Auditors of the State of Tocantins (TCE/TO). The electronic tool will facilitate the analysis of links between companies, their partners, public agencies and public servants describing them through graphs fed by information extracted from public databases and databases kept by TCE/TO. Initially, some irregularities were raised in public procedures for the acquisition of goods and services extracted from decisions published by the TCU and TCE/TO. In the next phase, the available public databases of open data and those helded by the TCE/TO were identified those that could contribute to the detection of irregularities in public procurements executed by the Public Administration of the State of Tocantins. In the end, a python script was developed to perform the prototype of the proposed tool.
