Bem-estar espiritual no contexto do trabalho: panorama das publicações internacionais

Esta pesquisa objetiva demonstrar um panorama das publicações internacionais que relacionaram o bem-estar espiritual no contexto de trabalho. Para tal, realizou-se uma Revisão Sistemática de Literatura a partir de uma busca nas bases Web of Science (WoS) e Scopus, o que resultou no mapeamento de 678 artigos, e na seleção de 112 estudos. Os resultados foram analisados com o auxílio do Microsoft Excel®, pacote R Bibliometrix, e VOSviewer versão 1.6.18. Os principais resultados indicam que o bem-estar espiritual tem recebido mais atenção ao longo da última década, especialmente no que concerne aos profissionais da saúde. A análise de co-ocorrência de palavras-chave revelou que a liderança espiritual está relacionada ao bem-estar espiritual e que este, por sua vez, influencia positivamente o ambiente organizacional.
