SAÚDE E TRABALHO DE CAMINHONEIROS

UMA REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA DA LITERATURA

Resumo

O objetivo deste estudo é apresentar uma revisão integrativa da produção cientifica sobre saúde e trabalho dos motoristas de caminhão, realizada em dezembro de 2021. Os descritores utilizados foram: “condução de veículo" or "veículos automotores" and "trabalho" em português na plataforma BVS e para as plataformas Scopus e Web of science em língua inglesa: “vehicle driving" or "motor vehicles" and "work”. Incialmente foram encontrados 1.061 artigos. Aplicado os critérios de inclusão e exclusão restaram 74 estudos. Os dados foram submetidos à estatística simples e à análise temática. A maioria dos estudos foram publicações em 2018 e nos Estados Unidos. O método quantitativo foi a abordagem que prevaleceu e a base com maior número de publicações foi a Science Direct. As temáticas dos artigos resultaram em cinco categorias: saúde física, saúde mental, condições e organização do trabalho, acidentes e uso de substâncias. Concluiu-se que as condições de trabalho influenciam diretamente a saúde dos motoristas, existe uma invisibilidade na área acadêmica, evidenciando a necessidade de ampliação de estudos sobre o tema e também de construção de políticas públicas efetivas de promoção da saúde no trabalho.

Is a Scientific Initiation Scholar linked to the research group in Psychology, Contemporary Subjectivity and Mental Health at Feevale University, working on projects in the field of Health, Work and Human Rights with populations at risk and social vulnerability. Integrates the Center for Studies and Research in Health and Work - NEST of the Postgraduate Program in Social Policy and Social Service and the Postgraduate Program in Social and Institutional Psychology of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, with participation in projects in the field of Workers' Health and Social Protection. Was a volunteer scholarship holder in the extension project "Da Rua Para'Noia" at Feevale University, working with the homeless population in the city of Novo Hamburgo/RS.
