We live in a world in which the quality of the information we receive plays a decisive role in determining our choices and actions, including our ability to enjoy fundamental freedoms and the ability to develop. Driven by technological advances in telecommunications, there is also a proliferation of media without any proof of the veracity of the content broadcasted. Many journalistic podcasts start to adopt part of the presuppositions of media education in didactic content to explain to the reader informational warfare, whether in the field of security or geopolitics. In this article we will look at the conflict between Russia and Ukraine and the governance of the current infodemic. To ensure a more adequate analysis, two case studies were made out of the podcasts “O Mundo Em Meia Hora”, from Rádio CBN, and the “Petit Journal”, produced by professors Daniel Sousa and Tanguy Baghdadi.
