A INVESTIGAÇÃO ESTILÍSTICA DA CONSTRUÇÃO DA IDENTIDADE EM INVISIBLE MAN

O PAPEL DO NARRADOR HOMODIEGÉTICO

Resumo

Esta pesquisa apresenta a investigação estilística da construção da identidade do protagonista da obra Invisible Man. O corpus de análise constitui-se das falas de personagens da obra, analisadas a partir de sistemas linguísticos e pautadas pelo arcabouço da Linguística Sistêmico-Funcional, sistemas os quais lidam com a temática da identidade em um texto literário. Os resultados apontam recursos contrastantes, porém complementares à voz em diálogo, utilizados pelo narrador homodiegético enquanto voz narrativa.
